Since Covid-19 hits the world and affects outdoor activity, it is inconvenient to send back loyalty card at post office. I then proposed to establish online application and the beta form worked successfuly in Version 3. The rate of online application boosted 250% in Version 4 which is easy for costomer to get their rewards and increase subscriped conversion. Sky blue and orange as the main color associate with illustration of two ways to apply for rewards (mail and online form).

因第3彈活動期間歷經疫情，考慮到消費者較不方便外出至郵局回函， 因此向品牌方提案合併線上兌換方式。於第3彈後期導入測試後發現 消費者對線上兌換接受度與意願都很高， 第4彈正式啟用線上兌換，也成功提升250%兌換率。 兌換好禮的方式變得更容易也能使消費者對定期購入保養品的穩定度提高。 視覺以淡藍色與橘色為主色，與第2、3彈做出區隔， 並針對2種兌換方式進行說明(郵局回函、線上兌換)。
