April Fool's Day⊘3-day flash sale on April Fool’s Day: In beauty industry, most of brands are trageted particularly at women and emphasize the ingredients and effects of their skincare products. There is few brands involved customer in any interesting promotions on April fool's day especially in beauty industry. Therefore, I prepared a flash sale proposal related to April fool's day to my client, Mediplus. The marketing strategy of this pop-up sale with a headline "The wrong price tag" is intended to attract consumers' curiosity and encourage impulse buying. In advantage of the entertaining vibe on April fool's day, I came up with this plan of doing a prank on boss. Our editor and web layout marked a wrong price tag in purpose when boss is taking few days off in this pop-up campaign. There are 3 offers with around 50% off sale price at【NT$1234】【NT$2345】【NT$3456】for this campaign along with a fixed countdown on top and lots of rush copy to stimulate consumer's emotional desire. The strategy was extraordinarily successful in this 3-day flash sale compared to other campaign in the same period. My client, Mediplus therefore start to adopt similar way on some other campaign.
⊘愚人節限時3天快閃活動: 在保養品行銷上大部分會強調功效且針對女性對肌膚的追求為重點,幾乎很少品牌會製作愚人節相關活動, 因此提案為客戶規劃一個愚人節快閃活動,並以刺激性的標題「標錯價」及娛樂性的方向吸引消費者好奇。 利用愚人節活動的特性,規劃一個「整老闆企劃」,以限時活動,趁老闆放假時,小編故意標錯價, 大約5折左右的折扣設定推出【1234元】【2345元】【3456元】三個組合, 文案中也多使用「先搶先贏」「快快快!」「千萬不能被老闆發現」 等內容配合倒數計時刺激衝動性購物, 這個企劃成功在3天的快閃活動創下突破性的業績,也因此品牌開始採用相似的模式在部分活動上。
